Don’t need 10 reasons; apples are just plain awesome!
I learned that if you didn’t have a toothbrush you could “brush” your teeth by eating an apple; but I didn’t know that it kills 80% of bacteria!! Wow! God is awesome.
Yeah, just like the previous commenter, I remember when I was in grade school, someone came in to teach us the proper way to brush our teeth, and they said if you are unable to brush during the day, try to at least have an apple.
Apples are a great mid-day snack. When i start to feel my 3:00 energy slump, I eat apples and a slice of cheese for a small re-charge to get me through the rest of my day.
Washington state organic apples are excellent, try them October or November for best flavor and nutrition.
