We are having a huge veggie Christmas dinner. We’re having Quorn turkey (vegetarian, not vegan) which is an unbelieveable duplicate of the real thing…plus all of the wonderful sides: sweet potato, green beans with almonds, mashed potatoes and vegetarian brown gravy. For Christmas hubs and I spent 8 days in Jamaica. Just returned this past Saturday. It was a blast sitting on Santa’s lap on the beach!
