I forgot to mention that there are also foods which inhibit estrogen uptake. These foods include Berries, Broccoli, Buckwheat, Cabbage, Citrus Foods, Corn, Figs, Fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates). So presumably, if you just can't live without your soya milk fix then eating these foods will counter the effects.
This list is here: http://www.holisticonline.com/Remedies/hrt/hrt_food_and_estrogen.htm#inhibiting This is not an affiliate link or anything like that just useful info.

Whilst it's true that soya milk is high in estrogen the same can be said for lots of other foods. Apples, chickpeas, oats and plums are just a few. There is also barley which may explain why beer causes man boobs (nothing to do with drinking 6-pints-a-night!) There is a good list of estrogen rich foods here.

This is why people get all confused natural health products. People that are highly visible to the public make some outlandish claim about anything without any knowledge of what they are saying and it becomes urban legend whether it is correct or not. How irresponsible! This fellow needs to do a little less living the "good life" and start working out.

I said distance with speed again and forgot all about it and went right to my daughter, good stuff. the DRIVING, in 1986 I put something together that's going to change the we do it, I QUALITY CONTROLLED, that's how you can relate, and it's taken this long, but it's gonna. Thee thing is DISTANCE, we have to maintain, it creates flow, and keeps shit from happening, it's killing us, WE have to use to keep alive instead. I think we agree. We're not stupid, I had an assemblyman tell me we were once, didn't get my vote again, were not even close to it no matter what we do. Maintain it and watch. It naturally relaxes and puts the driver in better control.

Now this tofu throws things off a hair and believe it or not just last week on whatever channel this guy's on talking about the not so good in tofu/bean curd, never before heard about it and the same with margerine, enjoy butter, and him mentioning the worse about them like any foods that don't fit and you're just listening, I've always like we enjoy butter, and being a veg or not, it's made of milk, tasted great, fries and egg, makes some dynamite gravy atttttttts all.

I keep asking this store that took over a Wawa here in Pennsauken NJ, three miles from Philly (Mid Eastern) and very pretty girl, and good fellas, young at that had a chocolate tofu drink...thick, real good, once twice a week, not too long though, they ran out, never got it back, their answers, a nice usual retail answer, and xpected more or less; and thee interest disappeared. No problemo. Now this, about the breast, I don't even need to think about it that way and have too... because of my physical understandings want to know if this, that, and thee other things all fall to the side or what. What to be done with those if they enlarge, are they fat, muscle, how do they respond. To much to question and not enough...either/or I'll be around and keep plenty distance on the roads, with all speeds, my thing and CFTACCS gonna save more lives than have ever. up to on NJ roads 524 lost as of 11 29 09 don't want to hit 537

From personal experience, it can be easy to consume an "insane" amount of soy. I used to drink three glasses of soy milk (plain or with a smoothie) and a 3-inch by 3-inch block of tofu (or two) a day and I gained quite a bit of weight.

I was working out 5 days a week but still the weight piled on. I have since stayed away from soy and lost the weight.

I don't know about the man boobs... but I think too much of anything can be bad for you. Even too much of a healthy thing. Everything in moderation is a better approach. I have a friend who drank an insane amount of green tea. I don't remember what the side effects were but when she reduced her consumption, she felt much better. Could it have been headaches? I don't remember.
