Unfortunately- Fiber one cereals contain artificial sweeteners… I don’t put that garbage in my body.

Thanks for the info! I LOVE cereal and I LOVE cereal Bars that are vegan/ or vegetarian. I get these AMAZING bars that never get old for me and the busy life. I get them from http://www.OrganicBeautyFood.com My favorite is the Goji Bar, I just can’t get enough goji berries! I got a sample of one of the fiber one bars with my morning newspaper a few weeks back. It was incredibly good tasting. I’m amazed at the amount of fiber they packed into one bar, it has more fiber than a cup of oatmeal.

I just love cereals, its a complete meal rich in fiber without feeling really stuffed or bloated. Just right, and very tasty!

Yummy… cinammon cereal. I must admit, in my less healthy college days I loved cinammon toast crunch. I really was digging Cascadian Farm’s organic cinammon square cereal. Have to check out fiber one too

Its okay to advertise your site (right Missy?), but try not to be changing your name link every few minutes. If you legitimately like what we’re doing and aren’t just trolling for clicks that’s great, but if you’re only here to post lots of different links under different s/n’s that takes away from our site and our traffic
