This is an annual holiday created for all us fabulous vegetarians, to appreciate and HUG one another. As i am all about peace and love, this particular groovy holiday is right up my alley.
Hug A Vegetarian day is brought to you by the omni-present guys and gals of PETA. They seem to have a series of days for us non-meat eaters, they really know how to shower us with Holidays. LoL.
Be sure to give all your vegetarian friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors, church mates, (and others) a big fat hug. And if they are far and away, send them an e-hug.

This day will become more popular as people begin to cut the amount of meat they eat and increase the veggies in their diet.
Going green is just not for the planet.
Sure way of cutting meat is to look behind the doors of the meat industry, and that will scare you vegan.

Not many people can handle what’s behind that door. It is scary indeed. As for the “Hug A Vegetarian Day“, it is pretty popular amongst a small niche of people.
We vegheads will celebrate anything. Any reason (is a good reason) to have a few glasses of wine.
