Lisa, the lifestyle writer over at Ohio.com announced today that VegiTerranean, the vegetarian restaurant, by local superstar Chrissie Hynde won’t have its grand opening till about November 5th.

The staff are hired and the menu is complete, but the finishing touches are still being put into place. Also it seems everyone is waiting Chrissie’s arrival back in Akron, Ohio.
The vegetarian restaurant, which has both a bakery and a coffeeshop, will be open from 7am weekdays, for lunch the hours are 11am-5pm, with dinner hours at 5pm-10pm, opens abit longer on the weekends.
I would guess their website is probably not open either. Looking forward to the opening. Will keep you guys posted.

That is so awesome! I love Chrissy Hynde, I want to go to Ohio just for the grand opening and maybe getting a glimpse of Chrissy, oh and I like veggie food too. She should open one in CA, but I know she’s from Ohio. Thanks for the cool info. I had no idea. Emma

Yes, the restaurant is now open. Sorry for the delayed reply. It opened on Nov. 9th.
