New Vegetarian Restaurant by Chrissie Hynde of Pretenders

VegeTerranean, is the name of the new vegetarian restaurant that will be opening in Akron, Ohio on September 15th, by the Pretender’s Star. Probably a birthday present to herself, her birthday falls on September 7th. Read more about Chrissie as a Vegetarian, this interview was done a few years ago, but it’s a quick and fun read.

The new restaurant will serve meatless and mediterranean cuisine, and will be a joint venture between veteran rocker and animal rights activist Chrissie Hynde, who hails from Akron Ohio, and local restaurateur Dan Duplain.

No details are given on the menu or decor of the vegetarian eatery, but i will keep you posted, as soon as more information is released.
